                                          This secluded, enviable position  has a 360 degree view from a roof terrace, which has garden furniture, towards

                                          the Valle d' Itria. The Villa is located only 15-20 minutes away from over 400 miles of glorious coast line

                                          and many blue flag beaches. Our agents are on hand for extra peace of mind. They will show you into your

                                          Villa and be only a phone call away, should you need help.

                                         There is a majestic long drive, with pine trees and lights leading to the Villa. 

                                         Modern classical Italian furniture gives the Villa a panache, characteristic of this style of house. Very

                                         private location with large gardens to the front and the rear of the property.  A beautiful swimming pool

                                         and jacuzzi is situated at the rear of the house in spacious gardens. A lovely bathroom with shower,  toilet 

                                         and changing area are also available, along with a large barbecue and pizza oven which are situated adjacent

                                         to this area. A Patio door in the lounge draws you on to the pool area where you can sit under a lovely gazebo.

                                        Statues and ornate stone gardfurniture are tastefully situated on the land and a small garden path where you

                                        can hide in the shade with a glass of wine or a book. 

                                         Many shrubs and trees, including large palm, orange, lemon, olive and fruit trees surround the Villa. 

                                         Alfresco dining is the order of the day with a large vine covering a stone table and chairs,  from which

                                         there is a lovely atmosphere.  A private veranda at the entrance to the villa is also available for those

                                         warm summer evenings.

                                        The Villa sleeps 6 to 8, with spacious rooms throughout. It comprises of: one double (with view over pool area),

                                        one twin and one large family room and 2 bathrooms, ( one adjacent to the pool) lounge and modern fitted kitchen with appliances,

                                        including washing machine and dishwasher. 

                                        Satellite TV/DVD and a music system are also available in the lounge.There is a colletion

                                        of DVDs also available for your entertainment.

                                        The villa is spacious and airy but there are fans  in all rooms to cool you down during the hot summer months.

                                        Centrally located in the country -1km from a small shop and cross roads leading to Cisternino, Martina Franca, 

                                        Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni. There is a large gate and a security intercom system at the end of the drive

                                        and a wall and fence surrounding the property. There is plenty  of parking space at the front and to the

                                        side of the Villa.
